I’m on the South coast this morning and looking forward to meeting another of the ops team and some of their manager.
I’m actually heading home this evening before swapping the car for a train as I head to Yorkshire and then onto Scotland.
I’m also working this weekend and will be seeing how we trade on our busiest days.
One thing that has struck me up until now is how much like starting a new business this role is. Since the administration we are starting from scratch in a lot of areas which is exciting as we get to shape the business.
