I’m planning a quiet weekend as it’s been really busy of late. We are just days away from launching a new, rationalised and improved menu and introducing some much improved cakes. We have also drastically reduced the amount that our stores waste on a daily basis (which is a good thing all round) and our managers are becoming more commercial.
There is lots going on but I genuinely feel like we are making steady progress.
