I’m a great believer that you need to understand your competitor set as well as knowing your own business and based in this we have a quarterly day out visiting the competition with some of our suppliers. We have done a fair bit of work on our brand and value proposition but there is always room to tweak things and improve so I am hoping that we will gather some inspiration from today.
The high street is really competitive at the moment and with footfall on the decline it’s never been more important to ensure that you have your own place within the market and an offer which is attractive to people
