My day started with a 3am alarm call and a 4 hour trip to Ilford to spend the day with a client. We did some work on his sale mix and I am going away to think about how we drive add on and dessert sales. We then when through some proposed KPIs before heading over to the East End to look at some potential locations. We ended the day with a call to a dark kitchen business before I turned my attention to ChefShare which are my newest long term clients. In between all of this I spent an hour reviewing sales pitches from firms looking for investment.
I now have a call with the founder of SayLaLaLa and then I have some catching up to do in terms of admin before I go for an early night and an early start on the morning.
