We asked, you told us, we listened.

One of the things that we are quite proud of her at Vital is our Club Vital loyalty scheme. Having said that we all recognised that we had some work to do and given that we wanted to really come up with a “best in class” scheme we turned to our customers and asked them what we needed to do better. They came up with three things

  1. The scheme was not generous enough
  2. The plastic cards were poor quality and didn’t always work well
  3. We were really poor at reminding people about their card
  4. It was hard going discovered just how many points they had.

We are took this feedback and worked with the lovely, talanted people at Pepper HQ to come up with a package which we think we go down well with our customers.

  1. We have upped the points that you receive and linked the program to our delivery platform.
  2. The program is now app based, this means no more poor quality plastic cards. The app will allow you to order a deliver or click and collect, earn and burn points, locate a store, use our nutritional calculator and lots more
  3. We will be training our staff to remind people about the scheme
  4. Your points total will be easily visible via the app

We think we are close to delivering something really exciting and we will be telling you more about this over the coming weeks.
